The Rural Youth Empowerment through Skill Training program is designed to break this cycle by equipping youth with practical, industry-relevant skills that lead directly to sustainable employment and financial independence.

Our mission is to train, mentor, and empower 1,500 rural youth by providing them with hands-on vocational training and dedicated placement support. By focusing on high-demand local trades, we aim to transform unskilled individuals into confident professionals and micro-entrepreneurs who can support their families and stimulate their local economies.
