PARAMANAND JEEVAN VIKAS FOUNDATION has been at the forefront of social work in India, working with marginalized communities to address pressing challenges in education, healthcare, and economic empowerment. From the rural villages of Rajasthan to the urban slums of Maharashtra, our organization has been dedicated to creating a positive impact in the lives of thousands of individuals. We have worked closely with local governments, leveraging schemes like PM POSHAN, NREGA, and NFSA to amplify our efforts and ensure sustainable development. Our journey began in 2026 with a vision to make a difference. Today, we are proud to have served over 500+ beneficiaries, supported by a team of 50+ dedicated individuals and 10+ successful initiatives.

Access to basic healthcare is a fundamental human right, yet thousands of families living in marginalized and low-income neighborhoods around Patna and surrounding regions struggle to get the medical attention they desperately need. Preventable diseases, maternal health complications, and untreated chronic conditions continue to severely impact these vulnerable communities due to a lack of resources, awareness, and accessible medical facilities. The Paramanand Jeevan Vikas Foundation is stepping up to bridge this critical gap. Through this campaign, we are bringing essential healthcare services directly to the doorsteps of those who need them the most. Our goal is to raise ₹4,00,000 by August 27, 2026, to fund and deploy mobile health clinics, diagnostic camps, and free medication distribution drives. We believe that no one should have to choose between feeding their family and seeking life-saving medical care. By bringing qualified doctors and essential medicines directly into these communities, we aim to drastically reduce the burden of disease and improve overall community well-being. Your generous contributions will allow us to execute the following on-ground initiatives: Free OPD Consultations: Setting up community camps where patients get direct, free access to qualified general physicians and specialists. Maternal & Child Health: Providing vital check-ups, nutritional supplements, and prenatal care for expectant mothers and young infants. Preventive Screenings: Conducting free blood tests, diabetes screenings, and blood pressure monitoring to catch chronic conditions early. Hygiene & Awareness Drives: Educating families on proper sanitation, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices to foster long-term community health. Transparency is our priority. Founding of PARAMANAND JEEVAN VIKAS FOUNDATION
PARAMANAND JEEVAN VIKAS FOUNDATION was founded in India, Maharashtra with a vision to improve the lives of marginalized communities. Our founders, led by TUSHAR SANDIPAN DEOKAR, brought together a team of passionate individuals who shared a commitment to social justice and community empowerment. In our early years, we focused on providing education and healthcare services to rural communities in Maharashtra.
Expansion to New Areas
In 2026, we expanded our programs to new areas in Maharashtra, including India. We launched new initiatives in education, healthcare, and economic empowerment, which resulted in a significant increase in our outreach and impact. Our team grew to 20 staff members, and we established partnerships with local organizations and government agencies.
Introduction of New Programs
In 2026, we introduced new programs in the areas of environmental sustainability and advocacy. Our environmental program focused on promoting renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions in Maharashtra. Our advocacy program aimed to promote policy changes that would benefit marginalized communities.
Scaling Up of Programs
In 2026, we scaled up our programs to reach more beneficiaries in Maharashtra. We expanded our education program to 10 new districts and our healthcare program to 5 new districts. Our team grew to 50 staff members, and we established new partnerships with private sector companies and government agencies.

We provided emergency relief, including food and healthcare services, to thousands of families. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that our programs continued to operate safely and effectively during the pandemic.
