The Paramanand Jeevan Vikas Foundation is looking for a deeply committed and highly organized Program Outreach Manager to lead and expand our community-level initiatives. In this critical role, you will act as the bridge between our foundation's vision and the marginalized communities we serve. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of our flagship on-ground programs, including mobile health clinics, rural youth skill training, and community awareness drives. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in the field, builds strong relationships with local stakeholders, and is driven by measurable social impact. Key Responsibilities: Program Execution: Plan, coordinate, and successfully implement on-ground campaigns, health camps, and training workshops in target rural and semi-urban areas. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of field coordinators, community mobilizers, and volunteers to ensure seamless program delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, government health officials, educational institutions, and partner NGOs. Monitoring & Evaluation: Track program progress against set metrics, conduct field assessments, and ensure absolute compliance and quality control. Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly impact reports, field insights, and budget utilization statements for the foundation's core leadership.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Sociology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in program management, community outreach, or field operations within the NGO or social sector. Language: Professional fluency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of local regional dialects is a major plus. Skills: Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for reporting. Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively to project sites and rural communities as required by the program schedule. Passion: A genuine, demonstrable commitment to social upliftment, healthcare access, and youth empowerment.
Meaningful Impact: The opportunity to lead initiatives that directly change and save lives in vulnerable communities. Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health insurance coverage for you and your immediate dependents. Allowances: Standard travel and mobile allowances for all field-related operations. Career Growth: Access to leadership workshops, skill-building sessions, and opportunities to grow alongside a rapidly expanding foundation. Leave Policy: Generous paid time off, sick leaves, and public holiday observances to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
